A private day, built around you
We run private wine tours of the Margaret River region for couples, friends and small groups.
Every tour is private to your party alone. There are no shared vehicles and no fixed route. We take a maximum of seven guests, with six the number we recommend so everyone has room to relax.
We collect you from your accommodation and bring you home at the end of the day. In between we visit five to seven wineries with a relaxed lunch, though the shape of the day is yours to set.

Hi, I'm Mo
I trained as a chef in England before working in France and Australia. My wine education began in Courchevel, where I worked alongside the sommelier, changing the menu each week and matching the wine to it.
When I came to Margaret River I managed the cellar door at a local winery for three years, talking about the region, its growers and its wines every day. That is where my knowledge of Margaret River wine was built.
I have lived and worked in this region for over a decade. It is long enough to know the cellar doors, the back roads and the people behind the labels.

Most of our guests are couples on a weekend away, groups of friends, or people marking an anniversary, a milestone birthday or a reunion.

The Journey Margaret River is a fully accredited and authorised tourism business. We hold Quality Tourism, Sustainable Tourism and EcoStar accreditation through Tourism Council WA, and a WA Department of Transport On Demand Booking Service authorisation.
We carry public liability and commercial passenger transport insurance, we hold current RSA and Approved Manager certification and a current WA Police Clearance, and our vehicles are professionally maintained and regularly safety checked.

We collect guests from across the region, including Margaret River, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Busselton and Augusta. Private transfers from Perth are available by arrangement.
