  • Our Kia Carnival can accommodate up to 7 passengers. However, 6 is much more comfortable.

  • We offer a pick-up within 20kms of Margaret River town. If you are further afield, we can look after you but this may incur a small surcharge.

  • We are very flexible for our start times. However, we recommend somewhere between 10 and 11 to make sure we make the most out of the day.

    By definition the difference between a taxi and a private driver (on-demand charter vehicle) is that taxis can offer trips to people on the side of the road or at taxi ranks and charter vehicles can only take pre-booked work.

  • Guests are responsible for covering their lunch expenses and wine tastings during the tour. Our approach is highly personalised: we engage with guests to understand their desired destinations, preferred wines and culinary tastes. Based on this input, we tailor an itinerary to suit their preferences. To promote sustainability, we kindly encourage guests to bring refillable water bottles to minimise the use of single-use plastic.

  • We understand that plans may need adjustments, and we strive to be flexible. With adequate notice, we are happy to accommodate rescheduling your Margaret River tour on another day, based on availability applying the following guidelines:

    If cancellation occurs 61 days or more before arrival, a 20.0% fee applies.

    For cancellations made 60 days or less before arrival, the fee is 50.0%.

    If cancellation happens within 30 days of arrival, the fee increases to 75.0%.

    Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival incur a 100.0% fee.
